This package has been back and forth from the warehouse for weeks. I have tried calling and emailing and no response for weeks!!! Not it says delivered and it HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED. THIS IS THEAFT!!!!!
Unfortunately the gift I purchased for my sister's 60th birthday arrived 2 days after the delivery date. As well, the boxed gift was totally destroyed inside of the shipping box so when she opened it all of the contents were disheveled and the decorative box was crushed.
My recepient received a broken basket, one of the jam jar was broken and it was totally a mess for this Christmas gift. I sent an email to the customer service on the same day when the gift basket was delivered without care, unfortunately that I didn't receive any reply after six days. I was quite disappointed about the service.
I ordered three custom gift baskets for a virtual event with a specific delivery date. All were delivered in plenty of time and very much enjoyed.
Unfortunetly there is no way to give negative score hence by forece 1 star.
I ordered expensive and upgraded gift pack for my Son's enegagement anniversory ..well in advance with selcted wine, cheese and Jam ...but actual delivery was totally different. The 3 cheeses were not as described and the condiments/jams were replaced by mustard - not 1 but ALL 3!?!?! It could have been replaced by other sweet things but it was replaced by a different taste profile - a condiment people use on hotdogs!!.
When worte to customer sevice about this , the response was that due to COVID situation we have no choice but to do such replacement ...how ? Without any communication ? without any check if selected replacements suites individual's taste or health ?
More fustrating and to utter dissapointment ...no further explanation or response ...simply shown the fine prints of terms and conditions ...
There is no sensitivity towards customer satisfaction ...but simply arrogance
Nevery buy anything from this company .....
