Some Monthly Sommelier USA products may include perishable, fragile, temperature-sensitive, seasonal, limited-availability, or time-sensitive components. These items are selected, prepared, and coordinated with delivery timing and product condition in mind.
Customers and recipients are responsible for receiving, opening, inspecting, and storing products appropriately after delivery. Monthly Sommelier USA is not responsible for product issues caused by delayed opening, improper storage after delivery, weather exposure after delivery, recipient unavailability, incorrect delivery information, or failure to follow handling instructions where provided.
If a perishable, fragile, seasonal, or time-sensitive component is unavailable or not suitable for delivery conditions, it may be replaced with an appropriate alternative at our discretion to protect quality, presentation, and successful delivery.
Because wine availability, vintages, labels, packaging, pairing items, presentation materials, and other components may be subject to availability, substitutions may occasionally be necessary.
When substitutions are made, Monthly Sommelier USA aims to maintain the overall selection style, value, and intent of the gift. Substituted wines, vintages, labels, packaging, pairing items, or presentation materials may differ from product photos or descriptions.
Due to product availability, delivery timing, order volume, alcohol-related requirements, and fulfillment constraints, customers may not always be contacted in advance regarding substitutions.
Monthly Sommelier USA offers wine gifts and related alcohol-containing products where permitted. Delivery of wine or alcohol is subject to applicable federal, state, local, and other delivery rules depending on the delivery destination.
Age verification, adult signature, identification, recipient availability, and additional delivery requirements may apply where required. The purchaser represents that they are legally permitted to purchase alcohol and that the recipient is legally permitted to receive alcohol at the delivery location.
Failed delivery due to age verification, recipient unavailability, refusal, restricted access, lack of required identification, intoxication, or local delivery requirements may not be eligible for refund, replacement, credit, re-delivery, or re-shipping.

Changes to recipient address, delivery timing, plan preferences, or delivery instructions must be requested through customer support and may not be available once a fulfillment cycle, shipment, or delivery coordination step has begun.
